Request for Proposals - Professional Integrator of Record

Introduction
 

The City of Boardman, Oregon, is seeking Professional Services to be provided by a Control System Supplier (CSS) to act as Integrator of Record to upgrade and modernize the existing water and wastewater control systems and assist the City with future control needs as required.
 

Notice to Proposers
 

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be obtained via email request to Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc., Mike Lees, P.E., at mlees [at] andersonperry.com (mlees[at]andersonperry[dot]com), or by phone at (541) 963-8309.   Mike Lees shall act as the Engineer of Record and facilitator for this proposal process.
 

• All proposals shall be submitted to the City in a sealed envelope and delivered to:

Boardman, Oregon 97818
 

• The outside of the envelope shall be clearly marked:

• Sealed proposals shall be received until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on February 19, 2026.
 

• It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that the proposal is delivered to the City at the specified address above before the time and date set for proposal closing as noted in the solicitation.
 

• The City shall not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the address listed above. Proposals delivered to another address or past due date and time shall be considered non-responsive.
 

• All proposals shall be in the format requested or they may be rejected by the City.

The City may, for good cause, reject any or all proposals upon finding it is in the public interest to do so and to rescind the award at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties with no liability against the City.
