Welcome to the City of Boardman Utility Department. The City provides water, wastewater, and garbage utilities to its residents.
Billing
Utility bills come out on the 1st of each month for the previous months charges, payment is due the 20th of each month.
Utility bills are mailed to the property owner or property managers, utility bills can be mailed to tenants once property owner's permission has been granted using the Utility Account Authorization Form.
Past due utility bills are subject to a 1.5% interest charge per month.
Non-sufficient funds fees issued:
- Checks $30 fee
- Electronic payment or closed accounts $14 fee per transaction.
Garbage
The City offers several commercial-sized containers, please call for prices and sizes.
Residential: Garbage is picked up every Monday, including holidays.
Commercial: Garbage is picked up on Mondays and/or Thursdays.
Water/Wastewater
Emergencies: Call City Hall at 541-481-9252 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM). Call Morrow County Sheriff's Department at 541-676-5317 for after-hour emergencies.
Non-Emergencies: Call City Hall at 541-481-9252 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) to pre-arrange any shut-off or turn-on of water meters.
