Community Development and Code Compliance is responsible for assisting citizens and developers in meeting requirements for development and adopted codes within the City. Community Development is also responsible for the coordination of all Planning Commission activities. 

The Planning Department provides assistance with the following:

• Zoning Changes or Map amendments
• Lot line adjustments
• Partitions
• Subdivisions
• Municipal and Development Code Interpretations
• Respond to code-related citizen complaints
