UPDATE 8/26: It has been determined there is too much slope in the ground to safely place the recycle bins in the area originally planned. Sod will not be cut and removed. Stay tuned for an announcement on the new location.
The City is beginning the work to move the recycle center from it's current location on NW Columbia Avenue to a more secure space behind City Hall. The new location is between the basketball court and Senior Center parking lot.
As preparation begins on Thursday, August 28th, over 5000 square feet of sod will be cut and available for the taking. The sod is available on a first come first serve basis and can be picked up near the area marked on the map.
