Gilliam County Building Permits

Thank you for your interest in the Gilliam County Building Department.  The City of Boardman administers the building program for Gilliam County.  Inspections may be requested for Monday through Friday with the exception of non-residential electrical inspections; those will be on Wednesdays.

• We require Gilliam County Planning Department Zoning Approval 541-351-9517 and On-Site Sewage Permitting Umatilla County Public Health - Environmental Health Division: 541- 278-6394 if applicable, prior to issuance of permits. To apply online.
