The Boardman City Council will meet in a special session on Monday, July 23, 2018. The meeting will begin at 7:10 p.m. and will be held at the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers located at 200 City Center Circle.
The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss a resolution for application to a State of Oregon Small Cities Grant, and to discuss a Union Pacific Railroad permit for completion of the city’s water project.
An Executive Session will be held during this meeting regarding ORS 192.660 (2) (a) to consider the employment of a staff member.
This meeting is open to the public.
Time is set aside for persons wishing to address the Council on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to three minutes, unless extended by the Mayor. If written material is included, 15 copies of all information to be distributed to the Council should be given to the Recorder or Manager prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The Council, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items under new business on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next agenda item will be considered.
