City Day at the Capitol

City Manager Hammond, Mr. & Mrs. Keefer along with Elected ASB Officials from Windy River Elementary School attended the League of Oregon Cities "City Day at the Capitol".  The students were able to spend time with Representative Greg Smith, Senator Todd Nash, and tour of the State Capitol Building.  Students participated in Youth Advocate Council activities.  Fernanda, a Windy River student, reported to City Council the highlights of the event.  The City appreciates the effort and support from the Morrow County School District.
