The Boardman City Council will meet in a special session on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. The purpose of this special meeting is to consider an ordinance regarding Umatilla Electric Cooperative's Franchise Agreement. The meeting will begin at 5:15 p.m. and will be held at the Riverfront Center at 2 E. Marine Drive. This meeting is open to the public.
