Graphic titled “Recycle Center Update” showing City Hall in the background and two green recycling bins in front. The larger bin is filled with mixed recyclable materials and labeled “All recyclables in one bin!” The smaller bin contains glass bottles and jars with text stating “Glass accepted in separate recycling bin.” A banner across the bottom repeats: “Glass accepted in separate recycling bin.”

The City of Boardman is pleased to share an update to the free recycle center located at City Hall.  All recyclable materials can be placed into one bin, making recycling easier and more convenient than ever.

This new single-bin system helps simplify the recycling process by allowing commonly accepted recyclable items to be collected together in one place. The only exception is glass, which still has it's own recycling bin.

By streamlining the process, the hope is to encourage more participation and make it easier for everyone to recycle correctly. Residents are encouraged to continue doing their part to help keep our community clean and sustainable.
