DATE OF NOTICE:  May 6, 2025

PROJECT NAME:  Boardman Housing Initiative - Seeking Manager for Funding Process - 2025

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Boardman, Oregon (Owner) intends to award the above­ described Contract to the following:

Missing Middle Housing Fund 

221 SE Ankeny Street 

Portland, OR 97214

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any protest of the Owner's Notice of Intent to Award Contract must be filed with City of Boardman, PO Box 220/200 City Center Circle, Boardman, OR 97818 on or before seven calendar days from the date of this Notice. Protests must be in writing stating the basis of the protest in detail as provided by Oregon Law and be physically received at the above address on or before said date.

If no protest is filed on or prior to said date, the Owner will thereafter award the above-described Contract to the Bidder named above by issuance of a Notice of Award of Contract to said Bidder.
