A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the BOARDMAN URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY, MORROW, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, will be held at Boardman City Hall200 City Center. The meeting will take place on May 12, 2015 at 7:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. The Budget Committee will review the Budgets for 2015-2016 Fiscal Year for both the Central Boardman Renewal District and the West Boardman Renewal District. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 11, 2015 at Boardman City Hall, 200 City Center Circle, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
