Residential & Commercial Plan Reviews (except electrical)

All Electrical Permits are issued through the State of Oregon BCD, Pendleton Field Office
You will need to upload your Morrow County Planning Department Land Use Approval 541-922-4624 and an Umatilla County Public Health On-Site Sewage Permit. In some cases, you may also be required to have a DEQ Permit.
