DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in regular 
 session on Tuesday\,\nFebruary 4\, 2020. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.
 m. and will be held\nat the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers located at
  200 City Center\nCircle. This meeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime i
 s set aside for persons wishing to address the Council on\nmatters not on 
 the agenda. Speakers will be limited to three minutes\,\nunless extended b
 y the Mayor. If written material is included\, 15\ncopies of all informati
 on to be distributed to the Council should be\ngiven to the Recorder or Ma
 nager prior to the meeting. Action will\nnot be taken at this meeting on 
 citizen comments. The Council\,\nhowever\, after hearing from interested c
 itizens\, may place items under\nnew business on a future agenda so proper
  notice may be given to all\ninterested parties.  If no one wishes to com
 ment\, the next agenda\nitem will be considered.\n\nThe meeting location i
 s accessible to persons with\ndisabilities. Individuals needing special a
 ccommodations such as sign\nlanguage\, foreign language interpreters\, or 
 equipment for the hearing\nimpaired must request such services at least 48
