DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in a regula
 r session on Tuesday\,\nDecember 4\, 2018.  The meeting will begin at 7:3
 0 p.m. and will be\nheld at the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers locate
 d at 200 City\nCenter Circle.  This meeting is open to the public.  \n\n
 Time is set aside for persons wishing to address the Council on\nmatters n
 ot on the agenda.  Speakers will be limited to three\nminutes\, unless ex
 tended by the Mayor.  If written material is\nincluded\, 15 copies of all
  information to be distributed to the\nCouncil should be given to the Reco
 rder or Manager prior to the\nmeeting.  Action will not be taken at this 
 meeting on citizen\ncomments.  The Council\, however\, after hearing from
  interested\ncitizens\, may place items under new business on a future age
 nda so\nproper notice may be given to all interested parties.  If no one\
 nwishes to comment\, the next agenda item will be considered.\n\nThe meeti
 ng location is accessible to persons with disabilities. \nIndividuals nee
