DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in regular 
 session on Tuesday\,\nDecember 3\, 2019. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.
 m. and will be held\nat the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers located at
  200 City Center\nCircle. This meeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime i
 s set-aside for persons wishing to address the Council on\nmatters not on 
 the agenda. Speakers will be limited to three minutes\,\nunless extended 
 by the Mayor. If written material is included\, 15\ncopies of all informat
 ion to be distributed to the Council should be\ngiven to the Recorder or M
 anager prior to the meeting. Action will not\nbe taken at this meeting on 
 citizen comments. The Council\, however\,\nafter hearing from interested 
 citizens\, may place items under new\nbusiness on a future agenda so prope
 r notice may be given to all\ninterested parties. If no one wishes to comm
 ent\, the next agenda item\nwill be considered.\n\nThe meeting location is
  accessible to persons with disabilities.\nIndividuals needing special acc
 ommodations such as sign language\,\nforeign language interpreters or equi
 pment for the hearing impaired\nmust request such services at least 48 hou
