DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in a regula
 r session on Tuesday\,\nAugust 7\, 2018.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 
 p.m. and will be held\nat the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers located 
 at 200 City Center\nCircle.\n\nThe council will also hold a Public Hearing
  during this meeting for\nthe purposes of: A request for a change of Zone 
 and Map Amendment for\nTax lot #411 of Morrow County Tax Map 4N 25 9. The 
 property is an\n80.19-acre parcel which is a split-zoned parcel. The three
  zones are\nTourist Commercial\, Manufactured Home Park Sub-District\, and
  Future\nUrban. The request is to partition of 4.98 acres of this parcel f
 or\nTourist Commercial zone\, 2.0 acres will remain the Manufactured Home\
 nPark Sub-District and\, 72.34 acres of General Industrial\, and the\nbala
 nce of 0.87 acre as dedicated rights-of-way.  Please see the\nPublic Noti
 ce below. This meeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime is set aside for
  persons wishing to address the Council on\nmatters not on the agenda. Spe
 akers will be limited to three minutes\,\nunless extended by the Mayor.  
 If written material is included\, 15\ncopies of all information to be dist
 ributed to the Council should be\ngiven to the Recorder or Manager prior t
 o the meeting. Action will\nnot be taken at this meeting on citizen comme
 nts.  The Council\,\nhowever\, after hearing from interested citizens\, m
 ay place items under\nnew business on a future agenda so proper notice may
  be given to all\ninterested parties.  If no one wishes to comment\, the 
 next agenda\nitem will be considered.\n\nThe meeting location is accessibl
