DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in a regula
 r session on Tuesday\,\nFebruary 6\, 2018.  The meeting will begin at 7:0
 0 p.m. and will be\nheld at the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers locate
 d at 200 City\nCenter Circle.  The City Council will also hold a Public H
 earing\nduring this time for the purposes of hearing comments on the vacat
 ion\nand rededication of an access easement.  See below for Public\nNotic
 e.  This meeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime is set aside for perso
 ns wishing to address the Council on\nmatters not on the agenda.  Speaker
 s will be limited to three\nminutes\, unless extended by the Mayor.  If w
 ritten material is\nincluded\, 15 copies of all information to be distribu
 ted to the\nCouncil should be given to the Recorder or Manager prior to th
 e\nmeeting.  Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen\ncomment
 s.  The Council\, however\, after hearing from interested\ncitizens\, may
  place items under new business on a future agenda so\nproper notice may b
 e given to all interested parties.  If no one\nwishes to comment\, the ne
 xt agenda item will be considered.\n\nThe meeting location is accessible t
 o persons with disabilities. \nIndividuals needing special accommodations
  such as sign language\,\nforeign language interpreters\, or equipment for
