 Y\,  JANUARY 10\, 2017.\n The Boardman City Council will meet in regular
  session on Tuesday\,\nJanuary 3\, 2017.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 
 p.m. and will be\nheld at the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers located 
 at 200 City\nCenter Circle.  This meeting is open to the public.  \n\nTi
 me is set-aside for persons wishing to address the Council on\nmatters not
  on the agenda.  Speakers will be limited to three\nminutes\, unless exte
 nded by the Mayor.  If written material is\nincluded\, 15 copies of all i
 nformation to be distributed to the\nCouncil should be given to the Record
 er or Manager prior to the\nmeeting.  Action will not be taken at this me
 eting on citizen\ncomments.  The Council\, however\, after hearing from i
 nterested\ncitizens\, may place items under new business on a future agend
 a so\nproper notice may be given to all interested parties.  If no one\nw
 ishes to comment\, the next agenda item will be considered.\n\nThe meeting
  location is accessible to persons with disabilities. \nIndividuals needi
 ng special accommodations such as sign language\,\nforeign language interp
 reters or equipment for the hearing impaired\nmust request such services a
