 oardman City Council\nwill meet in regular session on Tuesday\, January 10
 \, 2017.  The\nmeeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the Bo
 ardman City\nHall Council Chambers located at 200 City Center Circle.  Th
 is\nmeeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime is set-aside for persons wis
 hing to address the Council on\nmatters not on the agenda.  Speakers will
  be limited to three\nminutes\, unless extended by the Mayor.  If written
  material is\nincluded\, 15 copies of all information to be distributed to
  the\nCouncil should be given to the Recorder or Manager prior to the\nmee
 ting.  Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen\ncomments.  T
 he Council\, however\, after hearing from interested\ncitizens\, may place
  items under new business on a future agenda so\nproper notice may be give
 n to all interested parties.  If no one\nwishes to comment\, the next age
 nda item will be considered.\n\nThe meeting location is accessible to pers
