DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in regular 
 session on Tuesday\,\nAugust 1\, 2017.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.
 m. and will be held\nat the Boardman City Hall Council Chambers located at
  200 City Center\nCircle.  This meeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime
  is set-aside for persons wishing to address the Council on\nmatters not o
 n the agenda.  Speakers will be limited to three\nminutes\, unless extend
 ed by the Mayor.  If written material is\nincluded\, 15 copies of all inf
 ormation to be distributed to the\nCouncil should be given to the Recorder
  or Manager prior to the\nmeeting.  Action will not be taken at this meet
 ing on citizen\ncomments.  The Council\, however\, after hearing from int
 erested\ncitizens\, may place items under new business on a future agenda 
 so\nproper notice may be given to all interested parties.  If no one\nwis
 hes to comment\, the next agenda item will be considered.\n\nThe meeting l
 ocation is accessible to persons with disabilities. \nIndividuals needing
  special accommodations such as sign language\,\nforeign language interpre
 ters or equipment for the hearing impaired\nmust request such services at 
 least 48 hours prior to the City Council\nmeeting.  To make your request
