 25 9DB\, is\nzoned Commercial – Highway Sub District\, and is located al
 ong NE\nFront Street. The request is to replat approximately 3.8 acres mov
 ing\na lot line to the west. Criteria for approval is found in the Boardma
 n\nDevelopment Code (BDC) Chapter 4.3 Land Divisions and Lot Line\nAdjustm
 ents.\n\nAppeal AP22-003: City of Boardman\, holder of right-of-way. 1st J

 as\nright of way adjacent to tax lots 3100\, 3204\, 3209\, 3206\, and 3201
