DESCRIPTION:Description \n\nThe Boardman City Council will meet in regular 
 session on Tuesday\,\nJuly 2\, 2019.  The City Council will also hold a P
 ublic Hearing\nregarding the vacation of a utility easement (see details b
 elow). \nThe meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the Boar
 dman\nCity Hall Council Chambers located at 200 City Center Circle.  This
 \nmeeting is open to the public.  \n\nTime is set aside for persons wishi
 ng to address the Council on\nmatters not on the agenda.  Speakers will b
 e limited to three\nminutes\, unless extended by the Mayor.  If written m
 aterial is\nincluded\, 15 copies of all information to be distributed to t
 he\nCouncil should be given to the Recorder or Manager prior to the\nmeeti
 ng.  Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen\ncomments.  The
  Council\, however\, after hearing from interested\ncitizens\, may place i
 tems under new business on a future agenda so\nproper notice may be given 
 to all interested parties.  If no one\nwishes to comment\, the next agend
 a item will be considered.\n\nThe meeting location is accessible to person
 s with disabilities. \nIndividuals needing special accommodations such as
