2010 CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT (WATER QUALITY)

Welcome to the City of Boardman Utility Department. The City provides water, wastewater and garbage utilities to its residents.

UTILITY RATES


Residential
Water Base $15.00 per 7000 gallons used in a month.   Water Overage $ .44 per 1000 gallons over base.  Sewer $25.00 per month.  Garbage $10.05 - 90 gallon cart.  Extra Garbage based on types and amounts

Commercial
Water Base $19.00 per 8000 gallons used in a month.   Water Overage $ .80 per 1000 gallons over base (Through March 31, 2011 the overage has been reduced to $ .40 per 1000 gallons).  Sewer $25.00 per unit per month.  Garbage - various prices depending on type of garbage container.

BILLING
* Utility Bills come out the 1st of each month for the previous month's charges
* Utility Bills are due by the 20th of each month
* Utility Bills are mailed to property owners or property managers ONLY

WATER/WASTEWATER
Emergencies: Call City Hall at 541-481-9252 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) Call 911 for after hour emergencies Non-Emergencies: Call City Hall at 541-481-9252 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) to pre-arrange any shut off or turn on of water meters

GARBAGE
Garbage is picked up EVERY Monday for all residential customers, including holidays. Garbage is picked up Mondays and/or Thursdays for commercial customers. The City offers several commercial-sized containers, please call for prices and sizes
